All and any business undertaken by ELEGANCE CARS shall be transacted safely on the conditions herein set out. Each condition shall be deemed to reincorporated in and be a condition of any agreement between ELEGANCE CARS and the client. ELEGANCE CARS acceptance of client’s order is conditional on the client agreeing to contract subject to these terms and conditions of sale to the exclusion all others .By placing a booking with ELEGANCE CARS for services the client is presumed to have agreed these terms and conditions of sale without modification.
All hires start when the car leaves to pick up and finish when the car drops off except those to or from various airport or those which are subject of a fixed charge or those where the mileage charge starts when t he client first goes into the car and terminates when he/she finally leaves.
All charges in the amount specified herein and in the current tariff agreed by the company are payable in advanced or to the driver except where a client has a credit account or credit card approved by the company.
All credit accounts must be paid within 30 days receiving the invoice, administration fee will be charged for late payment.
When a car is hired for a day, week or longer period, whilst every endeavour will be made for the client to retain the same car and driver during such period the company reserve the right to substitute any other car or driver according to the exigencies of the services.
The company expressly prohibits any persons other than their own drivers from driving the cars.
The company accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgement of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
When a client desires to travel to particular place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise unstructured by the company travel by the route which is, in his opinion the best and most convenient for motoring whether the route is shortest or not, and no allowance will be made to the client on the ground that the route adopted is not actually the shortest
A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the driver amount to an excessive weight will not be carried the company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever-such loss or damage is caused
The company reserves the rights to invoice the clients with a charge unless the cancellation has been received prior to the despatch of the chauffeur/driver and the car.
